  2. Yes- It's 7 points for everything!! It's so nice to have such a delicious, low-point option at a restaurant. I wish more restaurants would list WW points! Gotta love Applebee's!
  3. I don't know if this is the right forum- but has anyone else tried the Steak and Shrimp Skewer dinner at Applebee's? It's SO good! You can get steak or shrimp or a combo with 1 skewer of each (which I had). The combo was only 7 points!! It came with a side of steamed veggies and was served on a bed of rice pilaf. It also had a small dish of teriyaki sauce. It was filling and so good! I has water with lemon with it so my whole meal was only 7 points! You can't beat that!!
  4. Good question! I've wondered the same thing. I usually just hit my minimum points and haven't used any of my flex points. Is this okay or do I need to use ALL of the points in my range and also some flex points?? Of course I want to see the numbers go down as fast as I can, but I want to do it in the healthiest way too! Any help??
  5. A friend brought over the regular Miss Merengues the other day and they were AWFUL! I can't imagine what the sugar-free must taste like! Needless to say- these went right in the trash!!
  6. Hi- I'm not a big fan of exercise, but I'm trying to learn to enjoy it! So far, I have found that I enjoy two of Richard Simmons' tapes- "Blast Off!" and "Mega Mix Blast Off!". They both have upbeat, fun music and moves. It's like dance aerobics! It makes it more interesting for me! Good luck!

You are beautiful and should be so proud of your accomplishments! I learned a lot from your journal and it is good to know that others get frustrated too! Not just me!! Thanks so much!
  8. I hate to be a downer, but I took one bite of the WW white bread, and couldn't finish it. It was awful, in my opinion! I liked the idea of 1 pt. for 2 slices, but it wasn't worth it! Maybe I'll try that Sara Lee Delightful- do they have it at Albertson's or Safeway? And how many points is it?
  9. I just tried the chips ahoy and they are awesome! They are almost better than the regular chips ahoy- crispier! And I was surprised at how many are in a bag- big bang for your points! They are my new "special treat"!
  10. Does anyone know how many points they are? That will determine whether I give them a try or not!
  11. After reading this, I went out and bought the Reese's PB cups and the Hershey's with almonds. YUUMMMM! I could not tell they were sugar free! Great for those chocolate cravings!!
