  1. Ellasmama, This site is a great tool to help you through tough times. Check out the 100+ thread. Thats where I post mostly and we are all in the same boat to say the least. We know where everyone is coming from. There is great support and you will meet some really nice people. Good luck and I hope to see you posting soon Lori
  2. ooohhhh Sandy, this looks really good and only 3 pts a serving. I'm going to try it this week! Thank you Lori
  3. Sandy, These sound yummy! I'm definitly adding them to my recipe collection. Thanks for posting them. Lori
  4. This is an old post but I was looking for this recipe to make these for DH, and thought with all the cukes coming for the gardens maybe it would be a great reminder on how to use them. Yummy, Yummy Lori
  5. If your talking about the actual calculator, You push compute food, and then it prompts you what to do next. To keep your pts on it push New DAy and then you can change your pts. I have to say its quite addicting I own 3 of the old calculators and 1 on the new one. I love mine. The new ones computes activity pts also. I hope this helped a little. Lori
  6. I make this for the family and they love it. I double the recipe and freeze one if we don't need it. Quick and easy. With a nice salad and some fruit its a great dinner. Hope you enjoy! Lori Lattice-Top Chicken Stew 8 servings= 4.25 pts. each Taste of Homes Quick Cooking 2000 1 package (16oz) frozen California-blend vegetables, thawed and drained 2 cups cubed cooked chicken ( I used Tysens can chicken) 1 cup skim milk 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I didn't use lowfat because I didn't have any) 3 tablespoons french-fried onions 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls In a bowl, combine the vegetables, chicken, milk, soup, cheese, onions, and seasoned salt. Transfer to a greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350' for 20 min. Meanwhile, separate crescent rolls into 2 rectangles. Cut into strips and make a lattice crust over warm stew. Bake 15 min. longer or until crust if golden brown. Yield: 6-8 servings. ( I double this for my family and cut each pan into 8 servings.) Cut into 8 comes out to be 4.25 pts a serving.

    WW Snack Cakes?

I like the english muffins, bagels and the little cakes. The carrots ones are the favorite here. I can't keep them around with the kids. They love them. Yes, they are a bit pricey but if I have one with some green tea or milk thats enough for me. I buy them at SuperWalmart but the local stores around here (northern Ind.) carry the muffins, bread and bagels. Lori

    Tasty Hot Dog

I have bought those and Ball Park FF. I like both. Ball Park comes as regular and beef. I have only bought regular and they are 2pts each. So with a 1pt bun I have a hotdog for 3 pts. Lori

  12. I love to eat cottage cheese on top of my salads. It gives my salads a perk for a change. Lori
