  1. I bought the Wii Fit Plus a few weeks ago and love it! I used it almost daily the first week and could barely move. I'm sure it's not a good enough workout for those are are regular at the gym, but for me is perfect. I've sat at a desk for 13 years and hate to exercise (which means I *don't*), but I am loving my Wii Fit Plus. I can definitely tell a difference in how I feel, only having used it for 2-3 weeks.
  2. I made this soup for lunch and love it! It will definitely be a regular in our house. I did add up all of the calories/fat/fiber and divide it up though and came up with 2 points per cup, which is still awesome for such a filling soup!
  3. I bought tahini for the first time this afternoon so I could make my own hummus. My question is, how long will it keep in the refrigerator after you open it? I think it's going to take me a while to use it all up...

  6. I also LOVE Laughing Cow Light cheese! I don't think it tastes like Neufchatel, though. I buy 3 wheels of it at Sam's for $6-something. It's a lot cheaper than buying one at a time for $3+!
  7. Some of my favorite low point foods are: Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss (1) Nature's Grain Carb Check Bagel Bars (2) Sante Fe Tortilla Company Carb Chopper Tortillas (1.5) I can't wait to see what everyone else posts!

  9. These are great ideas! Would you mind sharing your casserole recipe? I try to keep canned chicken breast on hand, but I usually just use it for chicken salad.
  10. Last night, I was in a hurry for supper and made up some Italian dressing to go with our salad. I didn't have time to figure out the points, and now I'm trying to write down my food for yesterday and have no idea what to put. I made the dressing using Good Seasons Italian dressing mix, canola oil, and balsamic vinegar, and water...I used their cruet with the markings on it to figure the amounts of each item. Anyone have a clue as to approximately how many points would be in a tablespoon of this? Thanks!

  14. I came up with this one night when I was really craving a margarita but didn't want to spend the points on the margarita mix. It turned out really good!!! Zero-Calorie Sweet & Sour Mixer 1 1/2 cups water 1 cup Splenda 1 1/4 cups ReaLime juice 1 cup ReaLemon juice Mix water & Splenda in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Let syrup cool. Add juices and refrigerate.
  15. You have Kroger in NC, right? I have found it in Kroger, Wal-Mart, and Sam's - you can get a great deal at Sam's!
