    Does drinking water give you heartburn? Would the brand of bottled water make a difference? I been drinking Sam's club bottled water and have noticed alot of heartburn.

  6. for example you use splenda just like sugar cup for cup . you cant use a cup of stevia in place of a cup of slpenda or sugar, what do you use in place of the difference is what I don't understand, don't you need to use something to make up the difference?

I found this on recipezaar It says its from weith watcher magazine Confetti Roasted Root Veggies 1 turnip 1 rutabaga 1 carrot 1 beet 1 parsnip 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar 1/8 cup olive oil 1 dash salt 1 dash pepper Peel and take tops off each vegetable. Dice each veggie into very small cubes, about 1/4 inch or smaller. Tumble into stoneware baker or small casserole dish; add balsamic vinegar and olive oil and stir to coat all pieces well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until vegetables are just fork-tender. Serve right from baker -- no garnish needed.

  9. Try cooking them on the George Forman grill, they are great that way. Sometimes I put just a little salt and peppre on them, othe times I sprinkle them with some chili powder.

  11. I broke my little toe 3 weeks ago. My story is here http://www.kurlylox.com/blog/ I never went to the doctor for my little toe, cause I have heard that the only thing they do is tape it to the other toe. I really don't know if it was borken but it swelled up three times its normal size, and turned all black and blue and purple. (the picture was taken 4 days after the incident happened, so the swelling had gone down) This is the first week I have been able to walk without limping. I haven't gone back to excercise class yet, I was going to give it another week of rest before I went back.

I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds good Mexican Beef and Bean Stuffed Peppers 1 1/2 cups Fiber One cereal 1 can (15 ounces) tomato puree 4 medium bell peppers 1/2 pound extra-lean ground beef 1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup) 1 can (8 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, undrained 2 teaspoons chili powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, if desired Heat oven to 350° F. Crush cereal.* Mix cereal and tomato puree; let stand 5 minutes. Cut bell peppers lengthwise in half. Remove seeds and membranes. Place peppers, cut sides up, in rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in cereal mixture and remaining ingredients except cheese. Divide beef mixture evenly among peppers. Cover and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until peppers are tender. Sprinkle each pepper half with 1/2 tablespoon cheese; let stand 5 minutes. Serves 8. *Place cereal in plastic bag or between sheets of waxed paper or plastic wrap; crush with rolling pin. Or crush in blender or food processor.   14. I like the Activia yogurt. I went shopping today and got some New lower fat Activia yogurt, I figured it out to be 1 point, haven't tasted it yet so not sure how it tastes, but I really like the tast of the regular kind and that is 2 points for it.
