  1. you can!!! Like others say, "don't sacrifice what you want in the future for what you want in the moment"
  2. all of us Tina!!! Just read some of the threads and find where you feel you have the most in common and join in. The people here are great, very supportive and they your support in return is appreciated. You'll get back in the groove. I do WW from home and get my support here. You've had a little set back but you can do this!!!
  3. I have an EXCELLENT recipe....you won't even know it's cottage cheese..my son and husband didn't. Six servings, approx. 150 calories/serv. DELISH!!!!
  4. this is a great meal that the whole family will love. I've made it many time. I've taken it to potlucks and it's always a success. It's nice to have something so tasty be point friendly. I haven't made it in awhile...thanks for the reminder.
  5. I agree, if you're consistent, it really won't matter. I just wouldn't drink or eat larger than normal amounts right before WI. Don't be too disapointed about your first week loss...sometimes that happens to me and then all of a sudden when I don't expect it I get a bigger loss. It's over the long haul that matters. Visualize what a pound really is (like a pound of butter) because a pound is really quite a lot.
  6. Fruit Pudding 1 20 oz can pineapple, no sugar added 1 16 oz can sliced peaches, no sugar added 1 c. strawberries 2 bananas, sliced 1 4-serving package of SF vanilla pudding Mix pudding with juice from pineapple and peaches, add fruit, stir, serve. Makes 5 servings, 3 pts each. ENJOY!
  7. great post Katie...the more the merrier. CW: you are too funny....thanks for making me chuckle. It's ok to lurk, but we'd rather have you participate, jump in folks.
  8. WOW Stacey....you look wonderful!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!
  9. I'm doing really well today. I think I have really discovered something important during my lapse. I have terrible cravings sometimes especially in the afternoon from about 3:00 to 7:00. I used to think that it was a lack of will power, but I think I have discovered that certain foods (refined carbs) really cause those cravings. Right before I fell off the wagon, I ate several things that were made from white flour and counted the points. The next afternoon I had strong cravings that I hadn't had in over 7 weeks. I being really careful about those foods now. Back to vegetables, lean meat, and whole grains for me! I think I'll write a post about this in the next couple of days. I wonder if other people have noticed a correlation.

  10. Happens to the best of us Pam. You're not alone. I'm happy to hear you didn't gain anything. Are you struggling OP now or do you feel like you have your determination back now? Glad you are back here.

  11. Thanks for checking on me. After 7 perfect weeks OP, I fell off the wagon a bit. I didn't gain anything last week, but I didn't even count points all week. I'm not really happy about the behavior, but as of today I am back on track. It means a lot that you messaged me. Thanks!!

  12. Pam....how are you doing? I haven't seen you post anything about you lately. Hope all is well.

  13. You look amazing. You must feel so GREAT!!! Thanks so much for sharing your photos....it is very inspirational. WOW!!!
