  1. Hi Sarah you can start over immediately however I find that if I don't have the stuff around it may help. I also think that if I do eat it I count the points in that get rid of the guilt. Guilt in my opinion is one of the most useless emotiions.

    10 pounds

    I wanted to lse at least one pund this week so I would be at the 10lb mark. I made it I have now released 12.8!
  3. 1 lb of lean ground beef or ground turkey 1 can of whole corn 1 can of pinto beans 1 can of chilli beans(without meat) 1 yellow onion 1 pack of taco seasoning mix 1 pack of hidden valley ranch seasoning mix 1 can of mexican style can tomoatoes with green chilles Brown Beef with onion and seasoning packets. Mix all other ingredients (do not drain) and let simmer for 45 minutes-1 hour. An 80z serving is 2 points
