  5. This was my response exactly ...... Eating WW foods solely is setting yourself up for failure. They're meant to help substitute some things, and even make some things easy. However, you cannot eat the WW foods alone.

  8. Yay! I'm back too, and very happy to be. I'm not happy that I had to restart WW due to the weight I've gained since I was last active on this site, but I know this site is so helpful and WW does work. Welcome back
  9. Hi, do your meals for the week all go in the fridge, or do you freeze some? I fear that putting my lunch for the week in containers would be kinda gross by the 4th or 5th meal.
