    Couch to 5K

    Stupid question... Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes. does the 20 minutes start after the 5 minute brisk walk, or does it include the walk?

  3. Between dog walking, Cto5K and mountain biking, I've been really racking up the activity points. I'm new, and so far my plan is to just use my daily points and have my WPA as a buffer zone for weekend parties, etc. I'm not sure I want to count on consuming my activity points, too. What do you do with your activity points? Track'em and eat'em? Track'em and have them available just in case? Track'em just because? Don't track'em?
