  1. Hi All, I'm interested too. I've re committed and would love to do the BL challenge.
  2. Goals I want to reach by the end of the year: 1. Stay committed and stick to my eating plan (basically CORE) 2. Do some form of activity at least 5 days a week for at least 30 mins 3. Stay binge free through the rest of the year 4. Comfortably fit a size 14 5. Lose 7" off my waist (40" to 33") 6. Only weigh myself once a week (at WW)
  3. Hi Kristen, Great job on getting back on track! I'm still here and I'm doing very good. I re joined WW and have got my act together and plan on keeping it together this time no matter what happens. I am sending you a PM.
  4. Hi Kristen, I'm back! I sent you a PM. Yep I've gone back to WW meetings. I was trying WW Online but it wasn't working so I joined again tonight. I'm looking forward to working my way back down. I am taking it one day at a time and trying not to stress too much over the weight gain. Tomorrow my goal is to stay completely OP, to get my exercise in and to drink all my water. How are you doing?
  5. I am working my way back to onederland. Today I am starting at 224 so that means I need to lose 24.2 pounds to reach this goal. Anyone else trying to get back to onederland, feel free to join in. My W/I day is Friday.
  6. Doing good with my goals so far. Have been OP all week and have journeled with WW online (I'm really liking WW On-line). I've worked out Sun, Mon & Wed and plan on working out Friday & Saturday to make my 5 for the week! I hope everyone else is doing good too!
  7. My May goals are: 1) Stay OP, 2) journal (on Monday I started WW On-line and I will log in every day use the tracker) exercise at least 5 days for 30 minutes. So far, all is going well. I just need to take it one day at a time. The weekends are my most challenging times so I need to really stay focused this coming weekend. Have a great day buddies.
