  1. I decided to try one more time and googled "simply filling granola bootcamp buddies" and found it! Gonna make some first thing in the morning!
  2. Hi everyone! I am trying to get back on track, again. So I have made some baked oatmeal muffins and put them in the freezer. I also want to make some core granola. I have lost my recipe and I know that I got it off of this website, but even when I google it, I can't seem to find it! I am hoping that someone will respond with the link, or bump it up. Thankyou in advance for your help.

  5. Hey everybuddy! Sorry I haven't been around lately, my determination has been slipping. Didn't finish strong or meet my goal, but am moving in the right direction still atleast. I know that I will get my motivation back after the holidays are over. This challenge has definately kept me from falling completely off track, though. I know I would have completely quit "untill after Christmas" a long time ago if it had not been for this challenge. Thank you and Congratulations to everyone that has hung in there thru the whole thing. We're all LOSERS!! Thank you especially to Amy and Tanya for putting this all together, keeping it going and all your time and energy. You guys did a great job and I really appreciate it.   9. I have been meaning to try the granola for a while. I made Lynn's version last night and had it with milk this morning. It is so good!! I did 3 cups of oats and 2 cups of steel cut oats. I don't know what I expected, but it is just like regular granola! My 2 year old son likes it too! I am going to try it with the Muesli tomorrow. I should have tried this a lot sooner, will definately have to always have some on hand.

  12. Thank you Cheryl. I did better than I thought I was going to do. I am not going to do as good this week for sure. Lately I have had a lot of trouble staying OP during the weekends! So this week we are just staying home and going to try to stay strong untill Thanksgiving. I agree with you too Kristen, this is a great motivator and it is helping me to get back on track the last couple of weeks and focusing on the week at hand. Amy I think that it would be better to let the remaining red team members choose blue or black to join. That will make it a little easier on you and they don't have to feel left out. Of course depending on how they feel about it. Thank you for keeping this going. Cheryl, Rebecca the cast off from BL did look great! I think she said that she had lost over 100 lbs. I hope I look like that in about a year! Great Job Kristen for the big loss last week!
