  1. 2km tempo run and then 2hr volleyball
  2. 2hr co-ed vollyeball and then a 5km run. I had lots of energy!
  3. Well I had my weigh in last night. I was down .1 of a pound. I am a little disappointed, but I'm guessing next week will be good. I ate core all week, didn't go over my 35 points for the week. I exercised all week and pushed myself hard. It's not a gain, so I'm happy. My pants are feeling good on me, so I know that's a good sign. I got a new workout DVD yesterday, so I'm going to start it. Jillian Michaels, 30 day shred. I'm a fan of hers, so I'm looking forward to it tonight. My core is my biggest problem area, so I really wanted to try it. Last winter I went to an ab yoga class and I really liked it and I think this has similar moves. Plus, who wouldn't want Kelly Ripka's body! If it's what she does, I'm willing to do it.   4. Wow, that's a big ride Lynn! I did a 5km run (no walking stops, 1st time ever) New shoes - I think I may have a blister on my arch of my foot..ouch!
  5. 50 min run. I found a 10km running clinic starting Dec 5th at the New Balance store near me. 17 wks, 3 days a week for $90. I didn't think that was a bad price, it will help keep me accountable and push me to the next level.
  6. Tried a new veggie for lunch - spagetti squash. I was quite suprised that I liked the taste so well. I had 1/2 and I didn't put anything on it. Canada is still nice and clean. At night it's almost 0 degrees, so I'm sure we will be suprised with snow/ice soon. I'm the one who shovels the laneway for all my daycare children. Good exercise.

  8. Veronica ~ I was just looking at your numbers. 50 lbs in 24 weeks...WOW!!! That is amazing and it shows such dedication. Keep up the great work. Your photos are nice. We are Disney fans at my place. Gotta go...cleaning a room in the basement because dh & I are making a home gym...yep you heard that right. I'm thrilled and excited to start this journey.
  9. Good Morning everyone! I'm going to have to try some of that lima bean soup. Has anyone ever have a toe nail fall off? No accidents with it, it's from running. It's happening with this new pair of shoes that I've bought in the summer. I'm going to go to the New Balance store by me and check out a new pair. I clench my left foot toes when I run...don't know why? I hiked around Fanshawe Lake this summer and when I was done I had blisters. I think this is a result of that. 2 nails gone so far. I hope they look better by April for my Las Vegas trip!
