  1. I just found this link that aired yesterday about the package labeling for the frozen diet food - which I just love. I was a little shocked with the test results for the actual calorie and fat content and what the FDA allows.   2. Welcome Jaybee! I had to recommit as well back in March and have found a group on here that I truly love. Without their support I think that I would have given up on WW and myself yet again. I am sure that you will find the group(s) that help you along! This is such a wonderful life long journey and we all need help along the way!
  3. I am right there with the rest. I plan my day to give myself a snack after dinner. For me, I work out after work and then another walk after dinner so before bedtime I am starving... I usually have a Quaker Fiber One granola bar = 3pts and a SF Pudding = 1 pts. You could also do SF Jello which = 0 pts. Yoplait has a Fiber One yogart that is 0 pts also. You could even do a sandwich - Wonder light wheat bread = 1 pt for 2 slices and then some lunch meat =1 pt depending on the meat and serving size - lettuce tomato and mustard... Good luck with finding what works for you!

  5. Just found this at my local grocery this past weekend on a B1G1 free offer. I bought the strawberry and peach flavors (have not tried yet) but they are 0 points per serving and they are a great little snack!

  7. Week 2 Met excercise goal of 30 minutes for 5 of 7 days and lost 2 pounds!

  9. Well, I guess I am going to jump on this merry little band wagon too... Goal for May - lose 6 pounds Exercise - 30 minutes a day 5 out of 7 WI is on Monday so I will not have a total for Saturday for weight loss - exercise I will though.
