Hello everyone!
I'm new to this WW forum so I thought I would introduce myself. I live in Nova Scotia, Canada and for the most part have been overweight my entire life. I joined WW and started attending meetings 3 weeks ago and already lost 10lbs!! I love seeing the results. I cut out late night eating all together(I used to have supper at 10pm due to my job) and that combined with 2 hour walks daily seem to be working for me. I have 88lbs to lose before reaching my goal of 130. I'm rather short (5'2'') and I HAVE to lose this weight for my health. I'm so sick of having a bad back and being tired all the time. Anyway I would love to chat with others on here that are in a similar situation.
