Just wanted to say how much I always appreciate reading your sage advise and comments on the various threads. I just realized that we are 2 years apart, our SW was 2 lbs. apart, and our CW is 2 lbs. apart... but you've been on this journey a lot longer... sure is inspiring to know it is possible to keep that weight off!
