  1. I have done WW in the past and lost and gained, also have done many other diets with the same kind of results. After going back to WW this time, I finally get it! This has been so wonderful and I am losing slow, but I am a slow loser. I am so excited and I am looking for friends to take this journey with me. I am currently 221 lbs and I was 236 when I started. I just hit my 5% and will have my 15 lbs. gone this week. Excited to get to know some of you!
