  1. Hello everyone, I was wondering about a srving size. I have alot of recipes from websites and cookbooks. For example, the recipe gives how many it serves, but what I need to know is how much. Like is it a cup or half a cup and so on. How do you figure that out?

  13. I am looking for a ice cream recipe, sugar free and fat free. I had one but can't find it. I remember it called for ff half and half. But any recipe would be good.

This is for the George Forman grill. 16 ounces extra lean ground pork tenderloin or turkey breast 1 teaspoon ground sage 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning Plug in and generously spray both sides of grilled with butter-flavored cooking spray and preheat 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine meat,sage, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning. Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup as a guide, form into 6 patties. Evenlt arrange patties on grill. Close lid and grill for 5 to6 minutes Each serving:2 points Note: Can make a bunch of these and freeze them for later.

I found a recipe for Tuna salad . 2 cans tuna , water packed 6 oz. each 1 whole egg 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish 1/2 cup chopped celery 2/3 cups reduced-calorie mayonnaise 1 teaspoon dried onions On Mastercook, I get 6 points I don't know if thats correct. 1/2 cup per serving
