I just typed this out for a friend it was from the winning pts program ENJOY:) Parmesean Chicken Cutlets ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp Italian-style dried bread crumbs 1/8 tsp paprika 4 (4oz) skinless boneless chicken breasts 1. Preheat oven to 400 F. In resealable plastic bag, combine crumbs, and paprika: shake well. 2. Transfer mixture to plate; dip each chicken breast in cheese mixture, turning to coat all sides. Arrange on nonstick baking sheet; bake until chicken is cooked through, 20-25 minutes. Nutrition information: 161 calories, 3g fat, 0g fiber

  4. I loved this it made me laugh especially since I am a kindergarten teacher not to mention I have a 4 yr old and two teenagers so I have actually seen some of these thing 1st hand!:lol:

  9. Thanks Jane I always have alot of zucchini from my garden and share with many ww's at my meetings so I think now I will print off this and include it with the next batch of stuff I give away. Kansaslaura, Thanks I never thought of freezing it so I could enjoy it all year round without paying the highest prices.
