  1. I have been making these biscuits for 2 years( had 2 this AM!)and I love them! Another good use for this biscuit dough is to make fruit cobblers, I have made blackberry, blueberry and peach. Just sweeten fruit with splenda or sugar(add points) , a little water and simmer. Top with biscuit dough( I sweeten this with a little sugar, add points)and spray top with butter flavored spray. Bake at 375 degrees till golden brown. Point value will depend on amount of sugar used, I usually use 1 cup fruit(1), biscuit dough(2), 1 TBS sugar(1)for total of 4 points. Top with fatfree ice cream(2) and you have a great dessert! Vicki
  2. I made this dip and took it to work and it was a big hit with all my co-workers! I think it is the best point friendly dip I have ever tasted. The recipe is 19 calories a TBS., SERVES 12, 0 FAT, 0 FIBER. Total points for the entire recipe would be 5! 1- 8 oz carton fatfree sour cream, 1/4 cup chopped roasted red sweet peppers ( about 1/4 of a jar), 2 TBS. sliced green onion, 1 tsp basil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, dash of salt. Mix all together, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours( better if chills overnight). Serve with fresh vegetables, my favorite is sugar snap peas.
  3. I calculated that as 12 servings at 4 points each. I think I will try this soon, lots of birthdays coming up so need some OP cakes!
