  1. I love, love, love yoga! Stretching and using your own body for strength training! I would love to start on a home practice, but need suggestions of you tube or dvd yoga classes/

  4. Congratulations on your great loss! I have found that planning and tracking go hand in hand with weight loss success! Planning doesn't have to be elaborate00it just needs to fit your circumstances. Sounds like both of you are doing that! Hooray for you!
  5. I try to stick to a goal of losing 1 lb per week. It is low enough to be achievable and I am rarely disappointed. Just my 2 cents!
