  1. I found this: And, not being a great cook, perhaps someone out there who is can re-created this into a more WW friendly version? Maybe some Filo dough, skim-fat milk, etc.?
  2. Two people mentioned they made it with pork: I have another question: I am wondering if anyone can come up with some substitutions for the salt issue. We need low-salt versions of food in our home, and I could use some help with that, if there are people familiar with cooking on the forum. Any suggestions are helpful, including options of using spices instead of packets.
  3. I'm going to try this in my crock pot this next week. If anyone has already made it in the crock, and would be kind enough to let me know what you did, that would be great. Otherwise, I'll try to fnd this thread when I am done and post how I made it. I'm not much of a cook, so if I can make it work, it will be fantastic!
  4. Hi Jodi. I am at the "chunky" stage and need to do something but haven't gotten enough 'umph' to do it yet. For that, I commend you!!!!! I'm new here to (the forums suggested I post somewhere, so here I am) and hope to get into the recipe section to find a better variety of items to eat for dinner. I look forward to being encouraged by your progress!
