  1. A quick question. How many times a day are you allowed to have bread? I try to keep it to a maximum of once per day and was wondering what everyone else does.
  2. Hi everyone. I have probably done a million diets in my lifetime, but weight watchers simply filling is one of the best I have found. I did Ideal Protein for about a year, and was really successful, except for financially. Now I am once again back to eating whole foods and loving it
