The most recent power food list allows the following breads:
(Whole grains make the best choices)
Light English muffins
Light hot dog and hamburger rolls
Reduced-calorie (light) breads or rolls, flats and thin sandwich bread
I've been on the SFT for 3 weeks and so far, it's working for me. I've been a lifetime member for over 30 years, but this is the first time I tried the Core or SFT plan. So much easier than counting points and as long as you don't overdo it, it really works!
