  1. Thank you so much for your reply. I'm 5 foot 7 and weigh 143 pounds but I've been stuck at 143 for a couple weeks. I actually do weigh and measure everything everyday, but I do eat pretty similar day to day so maybe my body is used to that. I track very closely and drink 4L of water per day. Maybe I will recalculate my usuals and make sure the points haven't changed somehow. Just gets frustrating when I'm tracking away and the scale isn't moving. Thanks again!
  2. I've been at Weight Watchers since September of 2013 (post baby) and I've lost 53 pounds and I feel great. However, I feel like I've been eating 26 points for about the last 20 pounds. How can I keep losing at the same number of points? I've tried to decrease the bonus points and use 3-4 a day but can't see a way to eat less than that. My questions is, does 26 points ever become too much to continue to lose?
  3. Hi all, I'm new here. I was hoping someone had some ideas for some low point snack bars. I love the True to Nature bars from Costco, and they are 3 points, with the exception of the Rich Peanut which is 4. My daughter has a peanut allergy, so for those two reasons I never eat the peanut ones. Very wasteful! I would love to hear of a 3 point or less similar type snack bar. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
