  1. I am under a lot of stress right now, probably not the best time to lose weight but I want to do this and it is honestly the only thing I really have control over right now. What do you do when you want to stress eat? Work out, have some veggies?

  4. Hi my name is Shannon and I am new to BCB's. I am trying to figure out where to start I have lost some weight without exercise and now I am all jiggly and looking for a way to continue my weight loss and tone up.
  5. Does that thing work for toning? I have a WAH job where I sit a lot and I was thinking I could use it for extra exercise and I really need to tone my thighs but I am not sure if it actually works? Thanks!

  8. Hi, my name is Shannon. I am new to the forum but I have been on Weight Watchers in the past. I had success on it and then stopped due to going on steroids and gained all but 20 lbs back. I then had a baby which I lost weight so now I am sitting at 218 pounds, my heaviest was 265 before Weight Watchers. I am hoping to get down to about 160 lbs, the main problem I have is my skin is jiggly because I lost weight the wrong way so I am hoping first and most important of all to tone up. I hope to also make some new friends along the way.
