  1. I'm just starting my 3rd week of maintenance. My leader told me to add 4 points to my range. The first week, I lost .4 so she told me to add 1 more point per day. The second week, I gained .4. So now I just need to find the right balance. Maybe I only need that extra point per day half the week. Although the program has 6 weeks of maintenance before reaching lifetime status, you're actually maintaining for lifetime! Good Luck, Amy

    GOAL!!!

I made it to my goal at last night's weigh in. Thanks Buddies, for sharing all your wonderful advice and yummy recipes, and for all your support. This is such an incredible group of people here! Amy
  3. If you're a potato chip lover, like me, this may satisfy your chip craving while eating a big healthy piece of fish! 4 6 oz. filets of Striped Bass 3 oz. flour 1 c. reduced fat buttermilk 2 oz. crushed potato chips Dredge the fish filets in flour, then buttermilk, then crushed chips. Brown in a non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam. Put the fish in a baking dish in a 350 degree oven 5 minutes, or till cooked through (time depends on thickness of filets). I figured this to be 6 1/2 points per serving, it may actually be a little less, since I didn't use all the milk and chips. * To keep from eating the extra chips, only buy the smaller snack sized bags. No left overs, No temptation!!

    WW & Camping

I picked up a few Star Kist Lunch to Go packs at Kmart today. They have the tuna, Light mayo, relish and crackers all in one package for 5 points. Oh, and they were on sale for $1 each. I don't normally buy "convenience packs" but for camping, they're great.

    WW & Camping

I'm glad this was brought up. I'm leaving friday night for my first camping trip while on WW, so I have a LOT of planning to do. We just bought a bike rack for the truck and plan to bike as many places as possible instead of driving, and the place we go has lots of nice trails. I plan to treat myself to one big breakfast. I just LOVE the smell of bacon in the outdoors. Then I'll stick to my usual cereal and fruit. The foil packs are a great idea for camping. I'll be sure to try them out this time.
