  1. I am currently doing the Advocare 24 day challenge, so I had a berry meal replacement shake for 5 pp.
  2. Fiber One has some 90 cal dessert bars....lemon, coffee cake, fudge brownie, chocolate chip cookie, etc...and they keep coming out with more. When I first looked at them, I thought...no way is that going to fill me up at all. But they are filling for how small they are and if you're looking for something sweet, they will probably fix the craving.
  3. Fruit smoothies in the morning tend to fill me up and give me something sweet so I'm not as likely to snack.
  4. I'm Erin. I will be 30 in June and live in Iowa. I am a nurse and am having trouble losing weight despite following WW using the mobile app. I am just looking for some support since I can't seem to find too much here at home. Visiting the Dr. on Monday to make some changes to a medication I'm on that I think may be hindering my weight loss. Wish me luck!
  5. I make a smoothie with frozen fruit, 2-3 oz of original unsweetened almond milk and about 2 oz of the 50 cal orange juice. Everything in it is 0 points and very sweet/filling!
