  1. I have found exercise to be enjoyable and very good for me.
  2. I have taken Yoga classes through out my weight loss and physical journey. It is a good thing. Oldestone4
  3. As long as you are within your points you can eat what you want. High fat foods tend to have higher points so that will make a difference for you. Oldestone4
