  5. I'm looking in the online version and I see Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened as 0 points for 1 cup and Blueberries, frozen, sweetened as 5 points for 1 cup.
  6. Welcome Summer. You can certainly post the points value of a recipe. We just encourage everyone to use common sense and check the points values yourself just in case. Some things we don't allow are spammers, discussions on politics, religion, diet pills or any other "diet" per the BCB Philosophy I know it can get pretty ugly on some other boards. I hope you'll find it more welcoming here.

  10. Which program are you on? In the US/Canada you have an additional 35 points per week to spend on extras each week. If you're in another country the program may be different and you might want to check with your leader or post your question on the international forum so you don't get incorrect info for your program.

    WTG! Great loss! Try to remember that the scale doesn't always reflect what you did in the 7 days prior. I found I lagged a bit behind. A really good week wouldn't show up till the week after. Also remember Scales Lie
  16. It may vary if your location is a franchise but I think at our location it was 4 or 5 weeks before you'd have to re-join and pay the registration fee again if you came back. Unless you'd made it to lifetime then you never have to pay the registration fee again. You might ask your leader or receptionist. Congratulations on your success so far. What a great accomplishment! WTG!
  17. Have you tried the plain? It's only 1 point for 4 oz. I get the Fage 0 and add my own sweetener and flavorings. If you're not into Splenda you could add some jam for a point and have a nice treat for 2 points.
  18. When I'm not motivated to do a workout, I pick out one of my favorite videos, put on my workout clothes and tell myself I only have to do 10 minutes. Usually by the time I get that far, I'm into it and finish the whole thing. Just take it one day at a time. Welcome to BCB!
  19. Maybe I'm just in a bad mood, but this has been bugging me. This is not personal to anyone in particular. I've seen a number of these threads over time and it's just been on my nerves. All users might want to remember that this is a FREE site run by ONE person who pays for the servers and upgrades with just a couple small ads. I've had no problem finding posts with google using healthdiscovery in the search criteria. stepping off the soap box now.
  20. I disagree, Susan. IMO, the fiber cap is for the number of servings consumed at one sitting, not per recipe.
  21. Welcome to BCB, Lisa! Look around the forums and find a group that sounds like you. We have groups by age, amount of weight to lose, doing WW at home. Just jump in, introduce yourself and post often so we can get to know you. Welcome aboard!

  23. There are some issues with the search function. I've had pretty good luck with google and including site:healthdiscovery.net in the search, i.e., blueberry bread pudding site:healthdiscovery.net or you can browse through the forums. At the bottom of each forum there is a drop down box that says "Show threads from the..." and you can select Beginning. We did lose some threads during a server crash a while back so there is a chance some things aren't there anymore.
