  1. I am not familiar with beach body workout as all I do is do cardio and watch my diet before and during summer season.
  2. I do stress eating whenever I feel alone, but lately when I feel down I just watch my cats play inside the kittywalk system located in the garden.
  3. It helps in staying in shape but make sure that you won't do it on a daily basis as it might hurt your muscles.
  4. Even animals need to stay fit, what an adorable creature.
  5. I am not a fan of high protein food since I tend to gain weight, but then again it is part of my diet.
  6. You don't need to cook oats, you can eat it with fruits to add flavors.

  10. Hey there fit and healthy people, I am Joy and just like you I am also a fitness enthusiast. I do cardio workout on a daily basis and yoga atleast twice a week.
  11. I do yoga atleast twice a for I find it as the best stress reliever.
  12. I guess the best way to lose weight is by having a healthy diet. I used to work out it does help in maintaining my current weight but it won't work if I will eat whatever I want even if it is unhealthy.
