  1. Sounds great - how many servings does it make?
  2. I made this over the weekend and it was really good. But I think some instructions must be missing or maybe it is just me. Where do you add the peppers/onions? I just guessed at it. The soup is really tasty, though! I'll certainly make it again.
  3. Just wanted to say that I made this for dinner Monday night - I added a can of diced tomatoes to it as well, and served with a green veggie mixture on the side. Wow, it was really yummy! I will certainly make this again - my husband said this was even better the second day. thanks!
  4. I just wanted to say I made this recipe up this week for the second time. The first time I made it, I used it as a meal, but this time, I'm using it for a late afternoon snack right before I head home. That way I'm not starving when I get home. I think I might try substituting some white beans for the chicken next time. thanks for the recipe!
  5. You can't use FRESH pineapple with gelatin - canned is fine. At least that's what I was taught growing up. This sounds yummy! I'm going to print this out to try soon.
  6. You can also try putting in a little bit of the sugar-free/fat-free pudding mix with the plain yogurt - that is really yummy!
  7. Thank you!! Those aren't what I was thinking of, but they look like really yummy recipes, so maybe I'll add those to my list of things to try. thanks again!
  8. I thought it was here I had printed it out from but I've searched everywhere and can't find this recipe now. It was for a spinach quiche - pretty low point, and some people had made them in muffin cups (1 or 2 points each). I think the whole thing was 8 points, because I was going to try and make two 4pt ones and take it to work for breakfast. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
  9. I tried this recipe last night and thought it was great! I added a can of chicken broth to make it a bit soupier - I think next time I'll add some more seasoning. The great thing about it is that it can be a great last-minute meal as everything is kept in the pantry and it doesn't take long at all to cook (we ate it as soon as it started boiling).
  10. I tried this with the Better Than Peanut Butter stuff I got at Trader Joes, and it tasted really good! I wouldn't eat BTPB by the spoonful, but in this it works really well and I can use twice as much for the same points!
  11. I tried this recipe this morning and really enjoyed it! I used a combo of chocolate and PB syrups, which was okay, but I think next time I order I'll try Caramel, since the PB doesn't have much flavor. I left out the Splenda, but I think I'll try adding it back next time... Thanks for sharing the recipe! nan
  12. Okay, I know it is the dreaded "A" word but I picked up a couple of these when looking for Pria bars - they were in the same section of the grocery store. I checked the nutritional info figuring the calories would be pretty high like the other low-carb bars, but was happily surprised to be mistaken! I only saw two flavors and have tried both now -- Mint and Peanut Butter. The package describes them as "wafer crisp" -- the PB one reminded me of the Reese's Sticks. I found both to be very good and will definitely look for them in the future. Both flavors are 120 calories (for 1 package/2 bars), 9g total fat, 3g fiber and thus 3 points. One point more than the WW and Pria bars, but these taste way more like candy bars than those do. Anyway, just wanted to share my find!
  13. I have it... so far, I've only used the davinci syrups in my chocolate pumpkin oatmeal. I don't think the PB has a really strong flavor, but it may just be drowned out by everything else in that dish. So, sorry, I'm not much help!
  14. just wanted to add my version. I'm very thankful to whoever shared this recipe! I love having it for breakfast! 1/2 cup quick oats 1 packet sugar-free cocoa mix 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 3/4 cup water 1 T SF davinci's choc syrup 1 T SF davinci's PB syrup 1 T RF peanut butter I mix together the first two items, then plop the pumpkin on top in a plastic bowl. Then I add the water when I get to work and cook it in the microwave for 3 minutes. Add syrups, stir, then top with PB. Yum! My 2yo son knows the recipe as well as I do by now. He doesn't like to eat it, but loves to help me prepare it in the mornings.

Just a quick note that the Southwestern style chicken pizza by Freschetta is 8 points for 1/4 of the pizza - a bit more than I usually like, but should be okay if I plan for it. It looks yummy though!
