  1. My mother-in-law gave me a favorite childhood recipe of my husband for Hamburger soup. Could someone run it through Master Cook and give the nutrition values? THANK YOU!! 1 lb. lean ground beef 2 c. cubed potatoes 1/4 c. chopped celery 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes 1/2 c. sliced carrots 1/2 c. chopped onion salt & pepper 1 1/2 qt. water 1/4 c. rice 1/2 c. frozen peas Serves 5

I split my day like this 4-6-10. 4 points for morning (egg & toast for breakfast- 3pts and a mid-morning snack of fruit 1pt), 6 points for afternoon (4-5 pt lunch with an afternoon snack) and 10 pts for the evening (8pt dinner and an evening snack). I love to cook so I usually prepare a large meal for dinner. Also, this is our family time so I leave lots of points for dinnertime.
  3. Ok, I found the 1-point english muffins (LOVE THOSE) but what about the 1 point tortillas? Does anyone know the brand names? The ones I found are 2 points and are in the aisle with the mexican food.

    I was wondering if I was supposed to get a keychain at 10%. I was all siked and then nothing. I did get a ribbon at 10 lbs. I think I'll remind my leader next week. Hopefully I will get my 25# magnet soon!
