  1. I have been making this even before WW, but then it was Full Fat, not Fat Free! Anyway, I also add about 1 1/2 cups mushrooms....Love it!

  5. I too love the TLC's! The Original 7 Grain reminds me of Wheat thins, so I was hooked. Just found them on sale 2 for $3.00 and stocked up! I have also been eatting Skinny Chips 1 cup = 1 point! Heather
  6. Thank you so much! One point a cup works for me. That is what I thought, but I have to admit, I'm not huge into other squashes, so didn't know which was summer, and which was winter. I have been seeing it at the store, and markets, and wanted to get it, but wanted to know what I was in for with the damage! thanks again! Heather
  7. I have looked and looked to see how many points acorn squash would be, and I can not find it anywhere. Does anyone have a clue? I don't eat it often, but really have been wanting it! I need the points though...HELP! Heather
