  1. My son and I just had dinner there on Saturday and I was pleased to see all the nutritional information listed. But it was definitely a shock for both of us! I ordered the petite sirloin with a side of broccoli and brown rice pilaf...and it was plenty of food.

  4. I agree...I love the Slim-a-Bear ice cream sandwiches. The only bad thing is my whole family loves them, so they don't last!

  7. Me, too! My family loves it...but I never get it anymore because I think it's too high in points. I would love a lower-point version.
  8. I'm from Maryland and my local grocery store (Giant) sells a store brand of lite English muffins (they're 90 calories, .5 g. fat; 5 g. fiber = 1 point). Maybe your local grocery sells something like that. I have to admit that I don't like them as much as Thomas' sourdough English muffins, but they're okay.

  10. Sandra: I checked Dotti's site and she only lists the lighter sandwiches...and they range anywhere from 5.5 to 7.5 points. My husband and I just went there for the first time recently and I had the Sierra Smoked Turkey w/Raspberry Chipotle Sauce for 7 points. It was delicious...and very filling.   13. * Exported from MasterCook * Scallop Thermidor Recipe By : Linda Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : 1 lb scallops 1/2 c mushrooms -- sliced 6 tbsp light whipped butter -- divided 1/4 c flour 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp mustard powder dash cayenne pepper 2 cups skim milk 2 tbsp parsley -- chopped 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese -- grated paprika Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Panfry scallops in 3 Tbsp. butter until brown (approximately 5 minutes). Saute mushrooms in remaining butter for 5 minutes. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk gradually and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add scallops and parsley. Spray four individual dishes with cooking spray. Divide scallop mixture into all four dishes.
