  1. Ok put my name in the hat too!!!! (can you believe this? I can't!!) Sunday - Off Monday - 25 mins of Moderate Walking Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday - Friday - Saturday -

OMG OMG OMG I have started movin movin movin Monday- stroll through the mall Tuesday - a faster walk through K-Mart (no shopping just walking at a fast pace) Wednesday- HOLD ON TO YER HAT!! - a 20 min WALK at moderate speed through the streets close to where I work!!! AND yes I said AND I did about 20 mins of weight resistance on the lower body !!!! Thursday - 25 min walk in the sunny streets of Owensboro!!!! Friday - 2 walks one was 25 mins and the other 30 for a total of 55 mins!!!!!! OMG Dawna do you believe it????????? [ March 19, 2004, 09:15 PM: Message edited by: Debbie Head ]

  4. I gotta tell you DH had to talk me into this one! But am I glad he did!!! They are great!!!. The Strawberry Ice Cream is smooth and creamy mixed with vanilla ice cream and packed between two shortbread cookies a great treat for 2 pts!!!
  5. OMG this is the greatest We forgot to put the cheese in and was nuts about so I can not wait to try it again WITH the cheese!!!!!!!! KEEPER ALERT KEEPER ALERT
  6. I absolutely love this!!!!!! I love anything with lime in it It also reminds me of a coke with limon bacardi which is one of my favorite "adult beverages" I give it 5 thumbs up!!!

  8. Last night I was trying to clean out my fridge as well as prepare something tasty to go with leftover Pork Roast so this is what I came up with and it was GREAT!!! I took a bunch of Asparagus and sliced it into 1/2 - 1 inch pieces then chopped an onion sorta unevenly and threw them into a saute' pan with 1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil that had been preheated with some chopped garlic.. I sauteed the whole thing until the onions were translucent and the asparagus was semi-soft I topped with some salt and fresh ground pepper.. This smelled ooooohhhhh sooo great while it was cooking and it even tasted better when on my plate!!! a GREAT compliment to the pork I might add!!! The only thing that had points was the olive oil and I divided the points in twos since there were only two of us eating it... So depending on how many servings you make the points will vary.

One thing I can definately say is that when I plan a high protein snack for 10 am by noon I am not famished but if my 10 am snack isnt high protein I am about to die before I get home... now my delima is this? (sp) what is lowfat and high protein??? I was using peanut butter but I think the fat in it was kicking my butt any suggestions? I know the high protein is what keeps me satisfied longer
