  1. I find for me, the best way to start back is to start back slowly. If ten minutes is all you can do at the moment, give yourself permission to do just the ten minutes per day this week...then next week make it twenty etc.. Just keep moving, and each week try to go a little further than the week before. Good luck! kahfess

  3. 1.I believe that if anything is worth doing, it would have been done already. 2.I shall never move quickly, except to avoid more work or find excuses. 3.I will never rush into a job without a lifetime of consideration. 4.I shall meet all of my deadlines directly in proportion to the amount of bodily injury I could expect to receive from missing them. 5.I firmly believe that tomorrow holds the possibility for new technologies, astounding discoveries, and a reprieve from my obligations. 6.I truly believe that all deadlines are unreasonable regardless of the amount of time given. 7.I shall never forget that the probability of a miracle, though infinitesimally small, is not exactly zero. 8.If at first I don't succeed, there is always next year. 9.I shall always decide not to decide, unless of course I decide to change my mind. 10.I shall always begin, start, initiate, take the first step, and/or write the first word, when I get around to it. 11.I obey the law of inverse excuses which demands that the greater the task to be done, the more insignificant the work that must be done prior to beginning the greater task. 12.I know that the work cycle is not plan/start/finish, but is wait/plan/plan. 13.I will never put off until tomorrow, what I can forget about forever. 14.I will become a member of the ancient Order of Two- Headed Turtles (the Procrastinator's Society) if they ever get it organized.

  5. My daughter loves the phillyswirl ice creams, and I visited their web site the other day to see what else they might have (say for someone trying to cut sugar out of their diet), and guess what???? They are doing a trial run of a sugar free version that is made with Splenda. Sam's club is letting them do a trial run of this product. They are a small, and very friendly company that even rewards students for their achievements...that is how I found out they were so friendly, I nominated my daughter for a rising star award. Anyway, here's their web site if you want more information on their products. I ate some of the regular ones and they are wonderful, so wonderful that I'm all excited about trying the ones made with splenda. Here's their companies link :http://www.phillyswirl.com Kahfess

  9. Cauliflower Bake Servings: 4 Points: 2.5 per serving (depending on which wine is used.) 2 points if no wine is used. Non-stick cooking spray 1 pound Cauliflower, cut up into florets 1 pound Potatoes, peeled and cut up into chunks 2 Large Tomatoes, sliced into four slices each 1 Leak, washed and sliced 3 Tablespoons Parkay FF butter spray 3 Cloves of garlic, diced 1/3 Cup Pinot Gregio wine 1 teaspoon (or more depending on taste) Parsley flakes 2 Cups Fresh sliced mushrooms ¼ Cup Grated mixed cheese (mozzarella, American) any will do. Wash Cauliflower, shake off excess water, and cut off the florets; placing in a large saucepan. Next wash and peel potatoes, cut into small cubes and also place in pan with the cauliflower. Bring to a boil, let boil 10 minutes uncovered; stirring occasionally. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and add half the Parkay FF butter spray. Sauté’ leeks and garlic and allow it to lightly caramelize; stirring frequently to avoid it sticking. After it has started browning, add the mushrooms and mix well, allowing everything to continue to cook. About five minutes longer. Then stir in wine and mix well making sure to scrape the bottom of the pan. Drain cauliflower and potato mixture. In a deep baking dish, cover the bottom with four tomato slices. Add the cauliflower and potato mixture, then pour over that the mushroom mixture. Then sprinkle the cheese across the top and top off with the four remaining tomato slices. Sprinkle lightly with the parsley and bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

  14. Her's is the only one I've found I can do. I have a bad ankle and hip (on the same side) and find most of the other video's I've seen are to much for me. I have seen several of hers, and own one that I do at least three times a week. I would love to do it everyday but my ankle just won't stand up to it yet. Kahfess
