Hi Everyone- I haven't posted for a while but I was wondering if anyone has been doing the WW Higher protein plan? I'm in need of some information on how you calculate your AP and FP into this plan? I earn between 4-7 AP's on a daily basis and don't want to lose them, but I am not quite sure how they figure in. If anyone could give any insight into this and let me know what is working for you I would really appreciate it. Thanks ~
