  1. The fiber one bars are relish and they do cure the sweet tooth just be careful if eating more than one they can cause a little tummy distress.
  2. I have, and they were great. If you refigure the nutrition info I believe you could make one or two less cookies, to make them bigger for the same points because of the sugar free choclate having a few less calories.
  3. The Weis I go to has empty tubs above where the soups are at the salad bar. The nutrition info for the vegetarian chili and the regular Canyon River Chili are printed on them. I don't recall what the points were, but I'm pretty sure the vegetarian chili was 2 per cup. Maybe you could see if your store has them.
