  1. Don't dispair!!!! I did the Fast Track for a week and the scale didn't budge. Then the next week I lost almost five pounds which is a really big loss for me. I really believe that the Fast Track week showed up in the second week - no telling what I would have loss had I done the second week too. TM
  2. I'll have to give this a try. I didn't like the one with lemon, but maybe this lime flavor is the way to go!
  3. Weight to GO GinaH!! You must be so happy and proud of yourself - you deserve it. TM
  4. At WI this week, I have lost 26.6 lbs. I'm pretty excited about how wonderful the WW Flex Point plan has been!! Very proud of my magnet! TM
  5. Hi Kaylasmom! On the Health Discovery Homepage is a list of 1 point items. I lived by this my first few weeks OP to help me find things to munch on to keep me OP between meals. Also, check out the recipe section of the boards. There are a lot of good ideas for low point items. Hope this helps. TM
  6. Wow! This is really good. Goodbye to bottled FF! TM
  7. When I began the WW program for the first time way back in the late 70s, we had a recipe for a soup with cabbage and tomato juice. I can't find it anywhere in my old recipes. Does anyone remember such a recipe? We cut the cabbage up very fine - the soup was almost like a gazpacho consistency and could be eaten cold, but I liked it hot. TM
  8. Thanks for the information on MasterCook. I've been using that program on the WW site like crazy. Think I'll try out MasterCook after all! TM
  9. Thanks for bumping this up. I'm going to try it soon - sounds great! TM
  10. Is there an advantage to using the MasterCook program over the recipe generator provided on the WW site? Thanks, TM
