My breakfast smoothie: 1 cup soymilk 2 TB flaxseed 1 banana 1 1/2 cups strawberries 1 cup or more of ice I blend this all in my vitamixer for a yummy smoothie. *If you don't have a vitamixer, you will need to use ground flaxseed(3 TB) to get all of the nutrients out of them. *I use soymilk powder(Better Than Milk Light) that I mix with water, so this whole smoothie comes out to 7 points. If you use some other soymilks out there, this could be 6 points total.
