  1. Hi, Figuring I would get 24 target points per day (my current weight is 182) and if I used my flex points daily 35/7 so 5 extra points. How many calories would that be per day? Is WW based on calories count? Thanks Kris
  2. Hi, I'm new to this board and to WW. I'm here actually to learn how WW works with the points and all. I don't have the money to invest for a diet I may not like or one that may not work. I've been on Atkins for 4 months and have lost nothing and it's frustrating. Could someone point me to other forums like this or websites that may give me some good information? Thanks Kris
