  2. Hello - I'm back! I wasn't able to post last week, as I was out of town and unable to access the board, but I did keep up with the exercise. I am in for this week though: Sun: 60 min treadmill Mon: Off - drove 7 hours from Illinois to Ohio. 45 min Taekwando class, 45 min Treadmill Wed: 60 min treadmill Thurs: 45 min Taekwando Class, 30 min treadmill Fri: Sat: Have a great week everyone!   3. I'm back again for another week, I think! I'm going out of state for 4 days to see my sister and her family, and I'm not sure that I will be able to post.   4. I've made it twice this week. I use the regular old fashioned oats, unsweetened applesauce, 6 packets of Splenda and 1 1/2 tsp each of cinnamon and vanilla. I do not have a glass baking dish - I have the dark metal kind, so I decreased the temp to 300, and baked for 35 minutes. I've been eating this for breakfast every day - It's really good!!! Michelle

  8. Some of my Red Light food are actually things I make for dinner (casserols of any kind and beef brisket are my worst). I measure these foods before I go to the table so I know exactly how much I can have. Afterwards, I will ask DH to put the food away so I do not have the opportunity to pick, or just plain continue to eat! Michelle
  9. I made this tonight for dessert. It was very good, and the whole family really liked it. A nice, light way to end a meal! Michelle

  12. I walk on the treadmill for my exercise. I do this at night, usually between 8 & 9 pm. This just seems to be the best time for me - dinner is over, DS has finished homework, etc, and I have make this time period mine - they are to leave me alone with my TV shows!!!!!!
