  7. 2 large potato(es), peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream 1 Tbsp reduced-calorie margarine 1/8 tsp table salt, or to taste 2 tsp olive oil 1 cup onion(s), chopped 2 medium carrot(s), diced 2 medium stalk celery, diced 1 pound uncooked ground turkey breast 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp rosemary, fresh, chopped (or 1 tsp dried) 1 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp table salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 2 cup canned chicken broth, or beef broth Instructions Preheat oven to 400ºF. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and pour in enough water to cover potatoes. Set pan over high heat and bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes, until potatoes are fork-tender. Drain potatoes, transfer to a large bowl and add sour cream and margarine; mash until smooth, season to taste with salt and set aside. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, carrots and celery; cook 3 minutes, until soft. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes, until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Transfer turkey mixture to a 9-inch, deep-dish pie plate. Spread mashed potatoes over top and using the back of a spoon, make decorative swirls over the top. 12. Today I was one of the first in line to recieve my "Adult Happy Meal" with the adult toy! The cost of the meal was 5.50 with tax. You could choose one of the new salads offered by McDonalds along with a bottle of water and a nice step o meter all in a big box with a handle (very simular to Happy meals but the box is big!!" The proper name for the meal is "Go Active Meal" and the step o meter has a small leaflet to talk about walking. I have been a fan of the new salads since they made thier first apprearance as long as the light vinegarette dressing is used they are well worth the points. My favorite is the the Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken that comes in with the dressing at a reasonalble 7 points! The normal price of the salad is 3.99 and personally I would rather provide my own drink and save the extra 1.50 but of course I wouldnt have my nice little step o meter (adult toy) I suppose I would have to recommend this to all as I was only disappointed in the water You can read all about it at this link Adult Happy Meal [ May 11, 2004, 02:19 PM: Message edited by: KentuckyRose ]
