  1. I found this in WW 5 ingredients - 15 minute cookbook. Looks interesting. Honey Grapefruit with Banana 1 - 24 ounce jar refrigerated red grapefruit (about 2 cups) 1 cup Banana (about 1) 1 Tablespoon fresh mint 1 Tablespoon honey Drain grapefruit, reserving 1/4 Cup liquid. Combine grapefruit sections, reserved juice and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss to coat. Serve immediately or cover and chill. Serves 3, 1 Cup each. 2 POINTS
  2. If you only make 6 tortillas it changes the points to 6 This is my most favorite enchilada recipe. Green Chicken Enchiladas POINTS® value | 4 Servings | 8 Main Meals | Ingredients 8 medium tortilla, flour, fat-free 4 oz chopped green chilies 8 oz fat-free cream cheese 1/4 cup onion(s) 8 oz chicken breast, boneless 2 cup green chili sauce 1/4 cup Reduced fat Mexican blend shredded cheese Instructions Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a 9x 13 pan. Add a little green chili sauce to the bottom. Chicken should be cooked and chopped fine. Softened cream cheese and add green chilis, onion and chicken. Blend well. Spread mixture over entire surface of tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down in pan. Continue until all tortillas are used. Spread any remaining mixture over the top of tortillas. Pour remaining green chili sauce over all and bake 30 minutes, covered. Sprinkle with cheese last 10 minutes.
  3. Fajita Pork Roast Fajita Seasonings (1 - pkg) Red, Green Peppers cut into large cubes 1 medium sized onion cubed 4-5 new red potatoes (optional) cut in half 1-2 Tablespoons Oil Place all into a large ziploc bag. I usually put meat in, veggies, seasonings, toss a little and then add oil. Toss again until all is coated. Place meat in slow cooker and surround by veggies. Cook on low 8 hours. You can slice it and serve with tortillas or slice and eat. Points would depend on size of meat and amount of oil used. Smaller cuts 1 tablespoon would be fine. Pork tenderloin works really well.

  8. This is fun and inexpensive gift. I place these in a new mug and place in the center of colored Saran Wrap, bring the wrap up to the top and tie a pretty ribbon around the top and attach a poem in the ribbon. You can use cute cards or specialty scissors with a special edge. I wrap the marshmallows in a little piece of clear saran wrap. Snowman Soup! 1 package hot chocolate mix 3 Hershey Kisses 10 mini-marshmallows 1 candy cane Place in a new mug. Attach any of these poems: Cocoa Poem A little cup of cocoa, I'm sending your way, For you to sip and enjoy, On some cold lonely day. As you sip this cocoa, It's warmth will warm your heart. 9. We take our potatoes, microwave them a bit. Then slice them in two and sprinkle them with salt and pepper or seasoning salt, spray a bit of ICBINB, place a thin slice of a sweet onion. Put back together. Spray a piece of tinfoil with the butter spray and lightly season. Wrap tin foil around potato and grill until soft. We also wrap a thin slice of bacon around the potatoe before wrapping in tin foil. You can just throw this bacon slice away but it adds a nice flavor. I have also put the potatoes directly into briquet coals and that was really good.
  10. That looks great. Of the list, which ones are YOUR favorites? ?

  13. I used to love to Cross stitch, but don't do so much anymore. Just little projects now. I have all of my cross stitch supplies and books in storage. About 2-4 large plastic boxes, probably 100+ colors (it's been a while since I looked) thread, several books, cloth and such. Would anybody be interested in taking this off my hands? I would be willing to let it go cheap + postage. If you are interested, I will get it out of storage and let you know exactly what is there. You can PM me and I will get back to you.
  14. I actually thought the Club was quite tasty. I was a bit swayed by the points value though. But it is worth a try for something new and a splurge.

I was searching for a recipe in the beef section, but I noticed that it only goes back to the first of the year. How do I retreive recipes that were posted before that?
