  1. Haven't been on the "WAGON" for so long.....but now back to meetings and living the life. This cake was GREAT with a small can of pumpkin, 1 egg white and ANY flavor of coke. Mix for 2-3 minutes and pour into pans for the recommended amount of time. Saves the 1/2 cup of oil and 3 egg calories. No one in the family will be able to tell the difference!
  2. Hi, Was just reading your post on veggies...............I REALLY increased the veggies this week...............to fill up...............and not go over my points. I weighed in this AM..........and I had a 3 pound loss!!!!! That's the biggest weight loss in months for me!! So the vegetables must be working!
  3. Hi there, I loved your post "As I have matured".............I just sent it to a few friends..and hope they enjoy it too. Thanks for sharing!!!
  4. Lots of posts in the past two days about Leslie and "Walk Away the Pounds" tapes. These are great!!! They were recommended to me by a friend...and since I bought (the 1-2-3 mile workout), all the rest of the exercise tapes I bought over the years, just gather dust. I've lost over 40 pounds in the past months...and I give lots of credit to this exercise routine. Ask Santa for them......and he can order them on Amazon.com...you'll have them in just a few days. Good Luck
  5. This Pumpkin Cake sound WONDERFUL!!! I'm going to try it. Thanks for the recipe!!
  6. Hi, I have a recipe listed on this board: http://www.healthdiscovery.net/forums/showthread.php?t=97679 I really like it.............it's easy and tastes great. Happy Thanksgiving, Diana
  7. Hi, Sorry I forgot to list the points. According to my WW recipe builder, the recipe is for 4 servings, 5 points each.
  8. This recipe was first given on the "Food" channel on TV. I revised it so it's WW friendly. It takes about 1/2 hour........from start to finish. This is great for the cooler weather..........YUM Enjoy! Ingredients 1 medium onion(s) 2/3 cup celery 1 tsp table salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour 2 cup fat-free chicken broth 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes 2 cup canned clams 1 Tbsp dried thyme 12 oz Pet Skimmed Evaporated Milk 1/2 cup extra lean deli-sliced ham, approximately 4% fat Instructions Spray pan with non-fat spray. Add ham and onions, celery and thyme. Season with Salt and pepper and hot sauce, cook 5 minutes or until the onoions are transparent. Add flour and cook a minute more. Add milk and stock and bring to a boil, then stir in potatoes and clams. Bring to simmer: 15 minutes, till potatoes and cooked and soup has thickened. Adjust seasonings. Serves 4. Diana
  9. Hi, This sounds good........and easy too! I found that the new "silicone" baking sheets and pie pans...(HSN has the cheapest ones)...but can be found at "Target" and other stores too......need no fat or non-fat spray EVER...........and everything literally FALLS out. There are also little bundt cake size and other shapes...........sounds like they would work great for this recipe. These silicone pans and baking aids can be safely used in ovens and freezers and folded to be put away....without cracking or breaking.... Just thought I'd share this with you.
  10. Hi All, Bumping this up and letting you all know that I tried them in a new silicone non-stick muffin pan.............and the pan works great!!! No fat used at all and they literally fall out. Enjoy!
  11. Hi, I made a batch yesterday and after they cooled, I put 3/4 of the muffins in the freezer....so I guess I'll find out. They are quite "dense", which usually indicates that they are very moist.......so hopefully they will be OK. Let me know how you like them. Diana
  12. Hi, This recipe makes 24 of the regular "cupcake" size muffins. Enjoy, Diana
