The detailed Core Food List says: The recipe says to use the juice. So FF milk would probably be the answer for those using the Core plan.

Ok call me slow, but I need clarification. Does it make 12 serivng (two 6 serving muffin pans) or am I using 12 muffin pans (12 times 6...whoa that would be alot)... Regular muffin pans, mini muffin pans... am I an idiot or what. This is why I seldom bake....
