  1. This looks SO good.. I'm going shopping now for the stuff to make it. Thanks!
  2. I just got my Tofu Noodles in the mail and made this recipe. YUM!!!! You have to try it. Just make sure you follow the directions about rinsing the noodles. http://www.hungry-girl.com/week/weeklydetails.php?isid=468
  3. This post is so great, Karen! And so very true. Thanks for reposting it. I needed it.
  4. Does anyone know how many points the peanut sauce is that comes with Thai Spring Rolls (the non-fried version). The rolls are very low (lettuce, mint leaves and a small amt of shrimp), but the sauce is what makes it soooo yummy. I had them at lunch today and want to calculate correctly. Thanks!

  6. Hey Jackie - you should check out the recipes board.. you can do a search. There are TONS of recipes to choose from. Good luck!
  7. Awesome post! Thanks for saving it, and sharing it!!
  8. I'm a HUGE fan of Skinny Cows. YUM! Have you had the chocolate and peanut butter ice cream sandwiches? My DB loves them too... he eats them faster than I do.
  9. Well, I got them. I think they are good, but not great. I actually like my tortilla/ff cheese/pizza sauce pizzas better. I agree that they do not satisfy my craving for real pizza, Christena. How many points is the Pizza Hut Thin n' Crispy? I LOVE it!!
  10. Ooo, that sounds awesome... thanks Pammo!
  11. Hey Diane! You would *love* the Dublin marathon.. the people are so friendly! Its a relatively flat course... long, easy hill at the beginning and a short steep hill around mile 21, but flat the rest of the way. You don't have to qualify (and I don't remember there being a lottery, but that could have changed.. ran it in 1998 & 1999), but sign up early, as its pretty popular. I can't remember what the max field is, but it was pretty crowded! I would love to qualify for Boston too! My PR is 4:06 in NYC. I need to run a 3:45 to qualify.. ugh. Have you run Boston? Its very hilly and really hard on your legs. Chicago is great too... fabulous crowds, and very flat. I have not run in months.. I got very lazy, then broke my toe. I'm going to start running short runs, then get back with my running team to train through the winter. Keep working on your swimming! I'm going to try to incorporate swimming into my winter schedule. I'm like you... I feel like I could swim forever, but I'm a veeery inefficient swimmer. I did a sprint tri last summer (swim was 1/3 mile)... it killed me! Keep in touch!
  12. Hello - I have read about them, but never tried them... I just ordered 6 to be delivered. 7" pizzas for 3 pts each? Its worth a try. Anyone tried them?
  13. Hello Ladies... what an inspiring string!!! I too have done 3 sprint triathlons - have always said that I need to complete an Ironman at least once. I can't even imagine it at this point. I've also run 6 marathons (Boston, Chicago, New York x2, and Dublin, Ireland x2). I plan on running Boston again this year, then Amsterdam next Fall. I would love to talk triathlon, though. My weakness is definitely swimming (took a brief TI class, but didn't practice enough to make my training stick). Anyway, glad I found you! Diane - I did my max VO2 test last year... brutal! Laura
  14. That sounds awesome! I also make a marinade of dijon mustard, soy sauce, lemon and lime joice for my chicken. No points for the marinade, so you only count 1 pt per oz of chicken. Its awesome. With a salad and zero point dressing, its a yummy dinner!
  15. Made this pizza last night... used WW tortilla, FF mozz, pizza sauce (no sugar), oregano, salt and pepper. It was FABULOUS!!!! Thanks so much for the idea!
