  1. Years ago I use to do 3 Gilad Bodies in Motion shows (on cable then) in a row. They were only 1/2 hour shows but I did them. I was wondering if I should get the DVD's. I have the ALLLLLLL the Taebo dvd's but I was wanting something differant. What do you think?

  5. Hi Heather... Welcome. My first time on WW I thought it would be a little overwhelming. But it wasn't. My suggestion is to read around on the message boards. I look at just about every post, there is alot great information here that many people have shared. You can do it!

  7. Man...I wish I was that fortunate to have a gym at work. I have been thinking about joining Curves, but need to make sure I have other peoples schedules working with mine. I have a 6 year old and I don't want to take anytime away from him, but I would need someone to sit with him while I was gone for an hour. So right now I am trying to figure out what to do daily until I join Curves. My problem is that I just am not disciplined enough to do my exercise at home everyday. I actually have to pay for something to make my self do it! LOL:bcb_grin Should I do weights like every other day? Should I do them everyday, with my tapes?
  8. I think one reason I have failed at my weight loss is because I don't have a routine. What is your daily exercise routine? I want to have something on the calendar each day to do and I just need some input on how to do it. Thanks
  9. This is my second chance with Weidght Watchers. I have my eyes on the prize!!! I was on the board about two years ago. It's time for me to get my butt movin'. I am here for your support. I got it two years ago and I know I will have support again. You guy's were a big help for me. I had no one to talk to about my weight loss. You guy's were there. I don't know what took so long for me to get back but I am here and ready to go. See ya on the boards... Shawna
  10. Check out the new WW magazine. I just got it in the mail on Friday I guess its the April/May edition. They have a "how to get toned thighs by summer" article in there. I must say I did this on Sunday night and I am really feeling the "pain" from it. The article and picture tell you to spread your legs apart about 12 - 15 inches, put a towel on the floor and go low enough to pick the towel up with out bending over. It is basically like a lunge just not as deep. I actually can't wait to do it again tonight. It worked I feel it! So I figure if I do this every other night maybe I will have toned thighs before summer.

  15. I love my elliptical! I have them both and didn't notice much weight loss or inches gone in my lower half with the treadmill. With my elliptical I can see and feel a differance. I think its all in what your preferance is. But my vote is for the elliptical.
