  1. Hey There - Sorry I have been MIA.....Lots of work recently. Seems like everybody is doing really good lately....so keep it up. I got the Shred DVD in now I just have to actually use it. Hummmmmm I have my 20 year reunion next weekend and I am not really looking forward to that at all. I was sure hoping I would drop this weight but I didn't once again. Anybody have any cool stuff planned for the weekend? Not much here for us (as far as I know that is). Well I got to get back to work....I have about 300 UPS packages to ship out which = SO MUCH FUN - YA RIGHT. I will probably get about 50 done today.
  2. Happy Monday All - Busy weekend sorry I didn't post. Ended up going to my brothers house to help him unpack (looked like his whole house threw up everywhere). Looks much better now. Glad to see everybody trying hard - Let's keep it up. I should have my Shred DVD tomorrow and I still want to try the couch to 5K. Well I am getting ready to go into a meeting so be back soon.
  3. Morning Everybody - Pretty good day so far. It is actually so Beautiful outside...No Humidity and low 70's. Very rare for MO in July. Hope everybody is doing great and ready for the weekend. I have my neighbors 40th birthday party tomorrow night. Should be pretty fun. Well I have some work to get done. I will check back in a bit.

  5. Adele - GREAT JOB!!! WOO HOO My thing about drinking stuff is......I must be a camel because I am never thirsty. I guess that is why I retain so much water weight too. But when I do get something to drink it is almost always water and maybe sometimes some unsweetened ice tea. Not a big soda drinker might have one once in a while. Speaking about water......I am gonna go fill up my glass right now.
  6. Good Morning All - Well I had to do it.....I bought The Shred from Amazon yesterday. Wow it was sure cheap. I should have it next week. Also, we saw the funniest comedian John Pinette. Go to youtube and look him up. You will be laughing so hard you about pee your pants. Watch the Water Park one. So I bought his DVD too. I tend to weigh myself alot during the week so I was completely suprised this morning when I jumped on there and saw 197.9 I know alot of it is the meds to help my anxiety but hell if I would of known that it would of put my hunger in check I would of been on this years ago!!!! It actually gives me heartburn but maybe that will pass. So now I just need to get used to drinking more water = yuck and working out. 1 step at a time...... Well I have some work to do so I will check back in later.
  7. Morning Ladies - Well I weighed myself this morning and I was 199.0 so that is a good thing. I am out of the 200's again. Whew. Now my goal is 195 - Slow Baby Steps. I didn't have any birthday cake yesterday either. Actually that really isn't that much of a temptation for me so no biggie. I really hope I can concentrate and get some work done today. Well 1 glass of water down need to get some more. I will check in later this morning. Have a great day everybody.
  8. Liel - The 2nd book is New Moon and the 3rd is Eclipse. Check out her site - I highly recommend her books she totally puts you into the story. http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/twilightseries.html I have to say I haven't read a book in over 12 years and then I picked up The Shack at my sister-in-laws and read that really quick and then I saw that Melissa was reading The Lovely Bones and read that one really quick and then I started the Twilight Series and can't stop. I will need intervention when I finish the 4th book though. My stomach is gurgly right now....not sure if this is caused by the Prozac or what seems to happen often....hummmmm. So I get to leave work pick up my husband, go get his truck at the repair shop (airconditioner - UGGGHHH), go then go to his parents house so we can wish her Happy Birthday with CAKE (Ummm where does dinner fit in this). I won't be having any cake so I guess I will just grab something when I get back home. Better go drink a big glass of water. Well I didn't get as much as I wanted to accomplished today......better luck tomorrow. Stay OP - Check ya all later.
  9. Hello Ladies - I did well yesterday. Just had lunch and am getting ready to grab some more water (yuck). I feel a bit more hungry today that I have in awhile. I guess I need to find some busy work to keep my mind off of food. Has anybody read the Twilight series yet? Oh my I am hooked. I am on book number 3. I think that reading has helped me not be so focused on snacking after dinner and lunch. Well I have a lot of work to do but I wanted to jump in today to say "HI" and check in. Be back later.
  10. I'm here girls!!! I went to the doctor last week and he said I just need to cut down on calories plain and simple so since Wednesday I have been doing really good. Well he put me on Prozac too for anxiety so I guess that helps a bit in too with not being hungry. I am down 5 pounds so it something. I need to get back to walking and working out. I want to start the Couch to 5K, my husband wants to start the P90X and wants me to do that with him so we will see. Adele - I will have to check out this Shred DVD you have been talking about. My problem is when I am at home I don't want to work out. And I can't seem to get my butt to get out of bed at 5 in the morning to go walking. HATE EXERCISE AND LOVE TO SLEEP. HUMMMMMM Well we better see Melissa in here soon. Thanks Adele for rounding us up and Liel it was good to see you in here too. I will check in later.

  14. Hey Ladies - It was nice to have an extra day off of work this week. I have been slacking on the morning walks. Shame on me. Just can't seem to drag my butt out of bed at 5. Good to see Melissa posted last week. Fluffy: Thanks for the reminder on the water. I need to go get some right now. I am really bad about this. Well I have some work to get done. I will be back in a bit.
