    Lifetime

Well I didn't expect to keep losing. Besides, with the new program, I already get 44 points for my daily allowance since I'm nursing....I don't know that I can really add more... So it is true that I can't be more than 2 lbs over? She told me to wear heavy clothes that day. She said I could even hold my coat if I needed to. We'll see where I'm at in 4 more weeks. Maybe I can just indulge a bit at Christmas...

    Lifetime

I was talking to a leader at my center the other day and she said that to be lifetime, I can't be more than 2 pounds above OR below my goal by the end of 6 weeks. Is that really true? Because right now, I am 4 lbs below. So do I really have to GAIN weight by the end of my 6 weeks to make lifetime? Erin
  3. I really like D'Italiano light bread. 2 pcs for 1 pt. I also have found Village Hearth. They have English muffins, bread and hamburger buns. The hamburger buns are big and they are only 1 point. Erin

OMG...that's great. I've never heard that before. Didn't see that last part coming. Erin
  7. I thought the Smart Ones Orange Sesame Chicken was terrible. I LOVE orange chicken and was so excited to try it, took one bite and couldn't eat much more. Erin
  8. Great job. Your hard work is obviously paying off. How much time has it taken you to lose 20 and how much more do you want to lose? Erin
  9. I agree completely. When I was following WW in college and lived by myself, I used my crockpot a lot. There are some good and easy recipes using the crock pot. There is a cheesy chicken or something that I found on here somewhere that is just boneless, skinless chicken, cr. of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup and garlic powder...yum. Also, salsa sour cream chicken is a good and easy one. Another thing I used to do a lot is get boneless, skinless chicken (I'd buy it in the 3lb packages). Take one out of the freezer and marinate it all day in Kraft FF Italian dressing. Poke holes in it to get the marinade down in there. Then put it in a pyrex dish and cover it with tin foil, bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes. I usually would have that with a baked potato and a veggie. Basically effortless. Hope this helps. 10. Oh my goodness. That is funny. I did not see that coming. Haha. Thanks for the laugh. Erin
  11. I know exactly what it's like to be confused about meals and times. I work 12 hour night shifts and especially after working several in a row, I'm exhausted and sleep until 5pm sometimes, then get up and am up 5 or 6 hours and then go back to sleep to get back on a day schedule. So is this a whole day, do I need to get all 25 of my points in during just 5 or 6 hours? No. Working a sporadic schedule means all of my days can't be the same points-wise because sometimes I'm up way more than average and sometimes way less. So, us weird-shift workers just kinda have to adjust but still make sure our points and meals and stuff are averaging out right to be healthy. There is a reason they say odd-shift workers are more likely to gain weight...it's difficult not to. Erin
  12. Congratulations!!! You look absolutely wonderful...Keep up the good work! Erin
  13. Welcome. We are glad to have you. If you are looking for recipes, there are a ton of them here. Just go down to the recipe section and search through them. Just make sure you have lots of time because there are a TON of them. Erin
  14. I lost a bunch of weight in 2005 leaving many of my pants way too big. I swore I would never go back to them, so I gave them to a friend whose sister and mom were trying to lose weight and could use them for the short time they were in that size. At least it got them out of my house. In the years since then I had gained back much of the weight I lost, but because I didnt' have those pants anymore, I vowed to myself I would not buy bigger pants, I would have to lose the weight to fit into my old pants. Very glad I did it. It's great motivation. Erin
  15. Congratulations. I bet you look great in your new clothes. Erin:bcb_up
