Dempster's has a new brand of bread. It's called Body Wise. I bought the Multigrain loaf at Sobey's. 2 slices has 90 cal, 0.5g fat and 4 g fibre making it 2 slices for 1 pt!!!!!. Tastes good too!

Dempster's has a new bread out called Body Wise. I bought the Multigrain Loaf from Sobey's. The bread is very frest and soft and tastes great. 2 slices has 90 cal, 0.5g fat and 4 g of fibre which equals 1 pt for 2 slices!!!! Just thought I'd let y'all now.
